WIDD signs’ Flagship Project with PERSPEX® acrylic sheets
In April 2022, a new 10,000 square metre Marks and Spencer store was opened in Stevenage, UK. The new opening on the Roaring Meg Retail Park was a flagship project of Widd Signs for the last year. Based in the UK, Widd Signs serve as a trusted partner to M&S and install signages at their stores all over the world. The store in Stevenage marked a three-decade long partnership and once again showcased the breadth of design company capabilities.
Widd Signs used PERSPEX® acrylic sheets to design, manufacture and install over a dozen signs in an enormous store, which included 10 striking logo signs in total. Some of the letters are almost three meters tall and some of the signs are eight meters wide. Other three triangular totem signs that highlight the key departments are placed inside the store.
For this project, PERSPEX® Opals/Whites range offered many advantages: optimised performance with LEDs, the ability to create bright evenly illuminated signage and a lightweight material for easy installation.
PERSPEX® acrylic has, over many years, established itself an envious reputation as one of the most creative, flexible and eye-catching products in the market for corporate imaging and signage. Take a look at more case studies which highlight the creative potential of PERSPEX® acrylic.
