KAPA®plast & WEfold – Maximum Impact. Minimal Complexity.

WEfold by WorldEntire is an innovative display system that combines large-format brand presence with ease of use. 5 mm KAPA®plast with a white foam core plays a crucial role in this. The idea behind WEfold: a display should create maximum visual impact, be able to be set up in a matter of seconds, and then be folded compactly for transport and storage.

Choosing the right material was one of the biggest challenges in the development process. Numerous materials were tested – but they were either too heavy, not rigid enough, or failed to meet the requirements for surface finish, print quality and workability.

Following discussions with the 3A Composites team, KAPA®plast was ultimately examined. Already the initial tests showed that the material met the key requirements of the WEfold concept.
